Well, someone didn't know where the jail was... so here it is! Once you've accepted the quest from Tibias, go right twice, and then up once. In that room you'll see some hay (or whatever it is), click it and it'll reveal the entrance to the jail. Click that and it'll open up :) Obviously, it's recommended you don't solo the boss, but that's up to you. Just realised how epic the quest title is. ...
